A decade in the making
Amberstone began in 2016, when founder Leo Li started building project homes around Eastwood and Ryde — on a simple conviction that Sydney needed a builder grounded in integrity, quality, and an honest ‘on time, on budget’ promise.
Custom homes soon followed. Over nearly a decade, Amberstone has grown into a trusted name for seamless, high-end delivery across greater Sydney — now completing 20–25 luxury residences a year, with an annual project value over $150 million.
