About Amberstone
Our Director, Leo Li, entered the property industry in 2016, initially working predominantly in Sydney metropolitan west.
Leo could see the great potential for a dynamic, responsible construction company that was founded on integrity, quality and an “on time, on budget” approach to complete project delivery. He formed Amberstone Group and started building project homes – followed by custom homes – around Eastwood and Ryde. Since these early days, Amberstone has developed and grown, now focussing on seamless delivery of high-end properties in the eastern suburbs and inner west. Currently, Amberstone constructs approximately 20-25 projects per year, all driven and underpinned by the value that “We build each house to the standard we want to live in ourselves.”
WE GET IT… We understand that it’s not easy to manage the entire building process from design inception to construction completion for time-poor professional couples or busy young families. That’s why we’re here to lead you step-by-step through the entire journey from concept design to approval and construction of your dream home.

Managing Director
Zhenyu Li is the Managing Director of Amberstone Group and looks after the day to day operations of the business. As a productive builder with many years track record of providing leadership and construction work, Zhenyu has experience with all stages of construction cycle and expertly designing luxury homes incorporating client requirement and property valuations.
Chris Moore
Project Manager
Our highly valued builders team member Chris Moore, he has over 25 years-experience in the construction industry and has several impressive builds in his portfolio. As the Project Manager, Chris has a detailed eye for building design and is an expert in offering the finest solutions for his clients, he is organised, loves to engage with clients and working with our subbies to achieve the best possible result.
Andrew Clark
Site Manager
Andrew Clark worked on a number of projects in one of our teams. Over the years Andrew has seen many aspects of the building industry from trades, sales and supervising. His industry experience allows him to have a customer focused and solution-based way of thinking in his role. He has a great working knowledge of both new homes and renovations.
